|How do I create an account?|
1. Click “Register” on the top right hand corner.
2. Fill in your particulars in the form.
|Q||How do I change my billing/shipping address?|
|You have the opportunity to update your personal information during checkout, including billing and shipping addresses.
Review the information carefully for accuracy. Once you submit your order, it will be processed right away and we are not able to make changes
|Q||Can I reset my password?|
|1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on “Change Password”
3. Fill in the required fields.
4. Click on “Change Password” upon completing the form.
|Q||I forgot my password.|
|1. Click on “Forgotten Password”.
2. Fill in your email address (used for you login-ID) and click “Send Password”
3. A new password will be send to your email account shortly.
*Note: Please check your “Junk Mail” if you do not see our email in your “Inbox”.
|Q||How do I close my account?|
|Kindly e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, if you would like to close your account along with a brief reason you would like to close.
Please note that the action is not reversible and all loyalty points will be forfeited and not exchangeable for cash.
